In March of 2002 I was the first salesperson to use the ONE-EIGHTY system. I began working with ONE-EIGHTY CORP. in January 2005 and since then I've had the privilege of observing, training & coaching best system practices at over 200 stores across Canada. Here's where my coaching differs greatly, aside from 18 years of dedicated experience: Retained Coaching - we schedule training over a period of months with multiple return visits (at no additional charge) along with process/training documents for the team.
